The Secret Masters are all supposed to be able to train you right up to
100 in your skills, but there's no secret master for the skill of
Medium Armor. So you just have to get it as high as you can with other
trainers, and then put on your medium armor, then stand in front of the
worst monsters you can find, and let them beat you up to within an inch
of your life! Then heal and then let them clobber the living shit out
of you again and again.
Morrowind was going to make Cinia Urtius, on the dock at Tel Fyr, the
secret master for Medium Armor, but due to their usual level of
competence and intelligence *they left her out* of both the PC game and
the X-box game!
You can get her back if you like but she still doesn't have the
capacity to train anyone in anything. But she's quite pretty, in a way,
so it's worthwhile, I guess. Well, it's worthwhile if you've got Better
Bodies, Better Heads, and StripForMe, anyway! Here's how to do it:
Go to the dock at Tel Fyr, then switch the path grid on by entering
just the three letters 'tpg' in the console (no apostrophes). (It
stands for 'toggle path grid'.
Then stand at the end of one of the path grids, facing the length of
the path grid, so that when Cinia appears she will be standing
somewhere within the path grid.
Then type 'placeatpc "cinia urtius" 1,120,0' (also without the
apostrophes of course, but with the inverted commas to hold the name
together). This will make her appear before you, within the path grid
(so she knows where to walk around).
Then type 'tpg' again to switch the path grid off. The path grid was
just to let you see a good place to put her, because you want her to be
walking around where she should be. She'll be an inanimate corpse until
you move away from her, then she'll greet you as she comes to life.
