With or without use of the editor? :-)

I've never heard of anyone that reached level 80.

Do any of you chimps know of anyone that played a character that long?

I'm usually swapping out my character for a new one before they reach
level 30. (I love the challenge of starting with nothing)

I'd have to check, but i think Lazarus was a level 62 or 67 or something
like that last time i played. It's been a while :-(

then he walked on down the hall

No limit at all. If you train up your skills to maximum, you'll end
somewhere in the mid-70s. Another few levels are possible if you didn't read
any skill book up to this point. But even after that, you can go on. Commit
a crime, go to jail, retrain the lowered skills. Or simply exploit the
master trainer bug. But you'll be overly powerful after level 50 already
anyway, unless you install some monster packs. I know of one out there, that
scales monster difficulty up to playerlevel 200 !

My orc has been raised up to level 200??through the master trainer
glitch??and still has some difficulty fighting even with the difficulty
slider all the way up.

Sorry. Should be "-" instead of "??". My mistake.
